Shipping Information

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship our products every day at 5pm. Most of our shipments are shipped the same day you order and receive in within 2-3 business days. We use Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.

What is required to rent?

A form of personal identification (drivers license is preferred) is required to start the rental process. A credit card is not required for the rental.

How do I track my order?

Orders can be tracked simply through our website. The ‘Track Your Order’ icon is located at the top right corner of the main page. Tracking number and billing email address is required.

Do I need an account to place order?

Yes. All orders are placed through an account on our website.

How can I make changes to my online order?

Purchasing additional items or making modifications to an order can be made through email or phone.

When will my payment method be charged?

We will first pre-authorize your payment method to make sure there is sufficient funds. You will be charged after the product has been shipped from our location.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to your billing email address as soon as the product is shipped.

Is WIFI availible in store?

Our store has WIFI specifically designed for our customers. A Music 46 associate will be more then happy to further assist you.
